Carbon Black N234 is an Intermediate Super Abrasion Furnace (ISAF) grade high surface area structure, which offers high reinforcement and excellent extrusion properties. The abrasion resistance of the rubber compound using Carbon Black N234 better than N220, N242 and N339 and its abrasion resistance is about 10% higher than that of N220. Especially when used under high severity, it can show good abrasion resistance. The rubber compound containing this product has higher heat generation and larger hysteresis loss.
